About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze, decompose, and manage requirements and traceability across program capabilities
Develop and maintain interface documentation and support cross-system coordination
Produce system design artifacts, diagrams, and engineering documentation
Support verification and validation activities including test planning and execution
Conduct root cause analysis on system issues and develop technical solutions
Coordinate engineering tasks with development teams and Government stakeholders
Guide and support junior engineers on established engineering processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Required TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (equivalent experience accepted)
4+ years of systems engineering experience on software-intensive systems
Experience with requirements analysis, interface documentation, and V&V support
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills
Experience working within Agile development environments
Ability to work on-site at a Government facility
