About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze, decompose, and manage requirements and traceability across program capabilities
- Develop and maintain interface documentation and support cross-system coordination
- Produce system design artifacts, diagrams, and engineering documentation
- Support verification and validation activities including test planning and execution
- Conduct root cause analysis on system issues and develop technical solutions
- Coordinate engineering tasks with development teams and Government stakeholders
- Guide and support junior engineers on established engineering processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Required TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (equivalent experience accepted)
- 4+ years of systems engineering experience on software-intensive systems
- Experience with requirements analysis, interface documentation, and V&V support
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills
- Experience working within Agile development environments
- Ability to work on-site at a Government facility
