Key responsibilities & impact

Use knowledge, skill and expertise in producing effective technical and programmatic documentation
Collaborate with functional leads, subject matter experts, engineers, and developers to gather technical details
Conduct independent research on industry standards and product specifications
Create user manuals, instruction guides, FAQs, whitepapers, design specification, technical reports
Ensure organization and structure of content follows required templates
Develop templates and documentation frameworks for team use
Responsible for document management and version control

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree with writing emphasis or equivalent work experience
5+ years of related work experience
Strong writing, researching, and creating content
Ability to understand and explain complex technical
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with markup languages (e.g., HTML, XML)
Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker)
