About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and manage release cycles of SAP applications and systems
Ensure the seamless integration of changes across the organization
Manage release planning, execution, and deployment processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve successful releases
Lead weekly Change Control Board (CCB) meetings
Serve as the support facilitator of weekly Defect Review Board (DRB) meetings
Develop and facilitate contractually obligated gate reviews
Utilize SAP ChaRM to manage change requests
Establish and enforce release management best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience as an SAP Release Manager or similar role
5+ years of SAP Supply Chain experience
Proficiency in SAP Change Request Management (ChaRM)
Experience with solution manager configuration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong client-facing skills
Minimum of two years of experience leading programs/projects in a multiagency, multi-stakeholder environment
Must be a US citizen
