About the role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and technical designs
- Architect and develop .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and .NET MAUI applications
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures (e.g., RabbitMQ)
- Lead solution development using Azure (WebApps, Functions, SQL, Key Vault, CI/CD, Docker) and AWS (IAM, S3, EC2, ECS, Elastic Beanstalk, RDS, SQS)
- Build and maintain front-end components using Angular, jQuery, and Bootstrap
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, BitBucket, Git), containerization, and DevOps practices
- Mentor junior engineers, lead technical design discussions, and support QA and UAT activities
- Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials
- Identify opportunities for process and system improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in business systems analysis and software development
- Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, REST APIs, and enterprise system development
- Experience with Azure and AWS cloud services, including deployment, monitoring, and scaling
- Proficiency with databases such as SQL Server, Azure SQL, Redis, and ElasticSearch
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance
