Advise warfighters in effective execution of mission objectives through direction of airborne assets and coordination of ground/sea forces using advanced command and control systems
Support USAF development and implementation of air battle plans in coordination with mission objectives
Monitor and assess battlefield environments to adapt strategies real-time
Identify capability gaps and develop C3I DOTMLPF-P requirements
Provide subject matter expertise for Air Battle Management capability development, gap analysis, and experiment planning
Provide doctrinal expertise across all C3I Warfighting Functions
Maintain clear and concise communication with warfighters and stakeholders
Support leadership in briefing/debriefing of objectives, strategies, and outcomes
Research and incorporate data from military policy, campaign strategies, and war plans
Analyze Command and Control mission task completion and achievement of objectives
Requirements
20+ years of experience in U.S. military agency (military or civilian) in progressive command and staff positions
4-year Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Military Science)
Significant experience in air operations, preferably in a command and control role
Proven track record of successful mission management and execution
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Proficiency in using command and control systems and avionics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Active Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI
