About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines supporting enterprise software delivery
Architect and maintain DevOps platforms, automation frameworks, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions
Design and support containerized and cloud-native environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies
Champion DevSecOps best practices, including automated security scanning, compliance validation, and vulnerability management
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across development, infrastructure, deployment, and operational environments
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while promoting DevOps best practices across the program
Contribute to technical roadmaps, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

TS/SCI clearance required with ability to obtain Poly
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline
10+ years of experience supporting software development, DevOps, platform engineering, site reliability engineering (SRE), or system administration activities
Extensive experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms
Strong experience with Linux administration, scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell), and Git-based source control
Experience designing and supporting containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies
Experience implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar tools
Strong understanding of Agile development practices, DevOps methodologies, cloud-native architectures, and secure software delivery principles
Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams
