About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate with the CMDB PM, Government PM, and other key stakeholders while leading a team of ITOM Engineers
Design, implement, and configure ServiceNow Information Technology Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities
Participate in enterprise discovery workshops with CACI and Government stakeholders
Provide guidance to ITOM engineers and contribute to implementing the ITOM solution
Participate in Agile processes including Sprint Planning and Grooming Sessions
Contribute to updates to contract deliverables including the Architecture Plan, Detailed Design, Implementation Plan, and Test Plan
Support security assessments of the ITOM solution
Recommend policy changes to Government and support architecture and design changes throughout the CMDB lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active DoD Secret Clearance preferred, or ability to obtain a Secret clearance
15+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience)
Must have a DoD 8570 certification (Security) or be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment
Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping capabilities
Experience architecting complex enterprise systems
Broad technical background to include prior experience developing in Java or another programming language
At least one of the following certifications: -Certified ServiceNow Administrator -Certified ServiceNow Developer
Effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal
