About the role
- Serve as the functional authority for SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
- Design and configure EAM processes to support transportation infrastructure, fleet, and equipment operations
- Lead design and configuration of Asset Accounting (FI-AA) processes
- Ensure accurate financial valuation, reporting, and compliance for capital assets
- Integrate EAM operational processes with FI-AA financial processes
- Collaborate with Finance (FI/CO/FM), Procurement (MM), and Logistics (TM/EWM) teams
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional designs
- Conduct fit-gap analysis between current asset management processes and SAP S/4HANA capabilities
- Lead and support functional and integration testing (SIT/UAT) for EAM and FI-AA processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of SAP functional experience, with deep specialization in SAP Transportation Management (TM)
- Proven experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably in large, complex environments
- Strong understanding of end-to-end transportation and logistics operations
- Ability to facilitate workshops, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus across diverse teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
