Requirements

Active DoD Public Trust clearance or US citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust upon hire
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a UI Path Developer or in a similar RPA role.
Proficiency in UI Path automation scripting.
Strong skills in workflow automation design and implementation.
Experience in RPA process optimization.
Ability to integrate UI Path solutions with enterprise systems.
Expertise in bot deployment and monitoring.
Solid understanding of programming languages such as C# or VB.NET.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification in UI Path or other RPA tools is desired.
Experience with other RPA platforms (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is desired.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is desired.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is desired.
Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP) is desired.
