About the role
- Develop and maintain UI Path automation scripts to streamline business processes.
- Design and implement workflow automation solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
- Optimize RPA processes to enhance performance, reduce errors, and improve overall efficiency.
- Integrate UI Path solutions with enterprise systems, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality.
- Deploy and monitor UI Path bots, ensuring they operate effectively and addressing any issues that arise.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of automation scripts to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on UI Path tools and processes.
- Document automation processes, workflows, and configurations for internal knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with UI Path updates, best practices, and industry trends in RPA.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of automation strategies and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all automation efforts.
Requirements
- Active DoD Public Trust clearance or US citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust upon hire
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a UI Path Developer or in a similar RPA role.
- Proficiency in UI Path automation scripting.
- Strong skills in workflow automation design and implementation.
- Experience in RPA process optimization.
- Ability to integrate UI Path solutions with enterprise systems.
- Expertise in bot deployment and monitoring.
- Solid understanding of programming languages such as C# or VB.NET.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in UI Path or other RPA tools is desired.
- Experience with other RPA platforms (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is desired.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is desired.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is desired.
- Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP) is desired.
