Responsible for maintaining knowledge of online analytical processing (OLAP) tools
Gathers analytical requirements working with subject management experts
Develops data frameworks for data analysis to support end-user data discovery
Designs and develops data models that optimize analytical reporting performance
Develops data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading processes between transactional and analytical systems
Builds reports, dashboards, and OLAP databases to support end-user reporting and information requirements
Performs statistical analyses on data and predictive forecasting
Analyzes and interprets results using statistical techniques
Interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets
Collaborates with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams

Requirements

Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance
10+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience)
Experience working with: Enterprise monitoring / observability platforms
Data integration pipelines (ETL/ELT)
Structured and unstructured datasets
Operational dashboards and reporting solutions
Experience supporting DoD or federal IT environments preferred
Proven experience in data analysis and reporting
Practical experience using SharePoint for data management, collaboration, and document sharing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Prior Air Force or government program experience desired
