About the role

  • Support infrastructure modernization of unclassified and classified base area networks
  • Lead site surveys and Engineering team in the design of modernized network architecture
  • Review and analyze network management/monitoring tools to provide network topology, configuration, and bandwidth utilization
  • Support the creation of network architectures, topology diagrams, and data flow artifacts (Visio)
  • Ensure all installations meet industry safety standards and operational cleanliness
  • Design, implement, and document secure network architectures using STIG checklists and compliance with DAF and DoD RMF standards

Requirements

  • University Degree (BA/BS)
  • 7+ years of related work experience
  • DoD 8140 IAT II Baseline Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE or CCNA-SEC)
  • Other Certifications: CCNP/JNCP or equivalent
  • Must currently hold U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance
  • Experience in using drawing tools such as Microsoft Visio or AutoCAD
