Collaborate with product, development, and IT teams to understand complex hardware and software requirements
Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for end-to-end solutions
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle
Perform in-depth functional, performance, reliability, and compatibility testing on various hardware asset management functions
Conduct rigorous functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing for software asset management functionality
Lead testing efforts specifically for ServiceNow's Software Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management modules
Utilize defect tracking tools to log, track, and manage issues
Generate comprehensive test reports

Requirements

U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
10+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience)
5+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance or Software/Hardware Testing roles
Proven, hands-on experience testing both hardware and software systems
Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience testing within the ServiceNow platform, with specific experience in testing: ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) module and ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module
Strong understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles and best practices
Expertise in various testing methodologies (functional, non-functional, integration, system, regression, UAT)
Demonstrated experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow ITSM)
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills
