About the role
- Develop and execute test plans for low-code platform solutions with an emphasis on ServiceNow and Salesforce
- Communicate test results and support the adjudication of findings
- Use the quality control standards to ensure professional, accurate, complete, and timely review and delivery
- Participate formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the development life
- Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to the Quality Assurance Manager
- Document test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards
- Contribute to feedback and recommendations to Product Management on software usability and functionality
- Update test scripts to ensure currency
- Contribute to in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems
- Contribute to test scripts based on specific test cases to verify the software functions as expected
Requirements
- Bachelor\u2019s Degree from an accredited institution
- 4+ years of experience
- Attention to detail
- Able to communicate effectively in writing
- Able to digest and understand technical information
- Able to follow quality assurance testing procedures and standards
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass an IT-1 background investigation
