About the role
- Guide Finance team members on Federal Government budgeting processes
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Align US Federal Finance budgeting with SAP FM/FI/CO
- Manage SAP ECC Finance integration with SRM and CRM
- Oversee financial interfaces with external systems
- Implement 3-way match processes
- Manage vendor invoice processing workflows
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable processes
- Enhance SAP Financial Management modules
- Develop financial reports using data analytics
- Create training documentation
- Focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
- Lead change management for S/4HANA finance modules
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Funds Management and Finance modules within U.S. federal government or public sector environments
- Experience with complex month-end and year-end close processes
- Expertise in procurement-finance interfaces, invoice processing, and accounts payable/receivable cycles
- Proven skills in SAP ECC Finance integration, financial document handling, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
