Manage engagement intake, prioritize programs, coordinate staffing, and track team performance
Facilitate use-case discovery, shape requirements, and support knowledge-transfer sessions
Guide short (1-2 month) program engagements that deploy practical AI solutions and create operational independence
Balance day-to-day team leadership with strategic coordination and continuous improvement of our solution catalog

Requirements

7+ years professional experience
5+ years in project/program management, technical PM, or analyst roles
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related major
Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance
Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring or managing technical teams
Familiarity with modern software development practices (Git, CI/CD, agile workflows, testing, deployment)
General cloud and infrastructure literacy (containers, networking, architecture basics)
Practical fluency with AI tools and core GenAI concepts (prompting, RAG, agents, context windows, operational considerations)
Strong stakeholder management and requirements-translation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and deliver in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; proficient with GitLab, Jira, Confluence
Strong documentation, facilitation, and enablement orientation
High adaptability with minimal ramp-up time across missions and technical contexts
