Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and test plans.
Build and maintain automated test suites using Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS), Selenium, or equivalent tools.
Execute parallel payroll validation testing.
Perform Section 508 accessibility testing.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with agency stakeholders.
Design and execute performance and load testing.
Implement defect management processes using JIRA or equivalent tools.
Test integration interfaces with various federal systems.
Validate Oracle quarterly update deployments.
Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies.
Develop and maintain test documentation.

Requirements

T3 – Bachelor's degree + 4 years of professional software quality assurance /test engineering experience and 3+ years hand on experience with test automation frameworks.
T4 – Bachelor's degree + 6 years of professional software quality assurance /test engineering experience and 5+ years hand on experience with test automation frameworks.
Experience with test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar)
Hands-on experience with at least one test automation framework
Understanding of Agile testing practices and continuous testing concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (US Citizenship required).
