About the role

  • Generate cost models and detailed pricing
  • Develop proposal structure
  • Prepare cost/price responses in accordance with RFP requirements
  • Support risk and opportunity quantification
  • Generate results of risk analyses to support bid or commitment decisions
  • Thoroughly review proposal pricing of other analysts to assure compliance and quality

Requirements

  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of cost proposals and cost modeling
  • Knowledge of government contracting and multiple types of contracts (Cost Plus, Time & Material, Firm Fixed Price, Fixed Unit Price)
  • Extensive experience with Deltek ProPricer software
  • Ability to interact with personnel/management on all levels across numerous groups (Contracts, Subcontracts, Technical)
  • Ability to simultaneously support multiple complex projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving techniques
