About the role

  • Represent CACI SNC as an NSA CSfC SME / Sales Engineer supporting sales of Archon portfolio of products.
  • Provide Field Sales Engineering (FSE) support to existing customers and develop relationships with new customers.
  • Support CACI Sales, Program Management, Business Development, and Product Management in the development and sustainment of Federal, Defense, and commercial accounts involving CACI Archon products.
  • Provide technical and architecture/ design assistance for the Archon Products portfolio in support of future growth.
  • Demonstrate Archon products in various locations supporting government testing and demonstrations of capability.
  • Translate customer requirements into internal engineering requirements to support proposal efforts and improvements to the product line.
  • Create network diagrams and requirements documents.
  • Assists the Account Managers in sales and activities and creation of opportunities.
  • Provide weekly status reports to CACI Sales for various customer engagements.
  • Assist in onsite equipment support at customer sites, as needed.
  • Maintain diligent mobile phone, text, and email communications with team members and customer POCs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering)
  • At least 7+ years of federal or military operational experience in an enterprise or tactical IT environment
  • US Citizen and an active Top Secret clearance
  • Experience directly related to federal or military operations
  • Thorough understanding of NSA Commercial Solutions for Classified solutions and use cases.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Visio and other Microsoft Office products such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, TEAMS, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Strong understanding of basic IP networking concepts.
  • Strong understanding of virtual private networking technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
  • Self-driven and can interact with customers to understand IT requirements and translate those to engineering requirements unsupervised.
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time in CONUS or OCONUS to support product demonstrations or customer engagements.
  • Understanding of DOW Service organizations and the various functions inside DOW Service organizations.
