About the role
- Apply engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM)
- Review and prepare engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.
- Perform system integration, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management.
- Contribute to the development of Navy Combatant Design Specifications.
- Conduct reliability-centered maintenance analyses and implement RCM processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of CBM strategies across the Fleet.
Requirements
- BS degree in a field of Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math
- Must be able to attain NAVSEA certifications: in Classic and Backfit Reliability-Centered Maintenance
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field
- Must be eligible to possess a final U.S. Government security clearance.
- Strong background in Reliability-Centered Maintenance and a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
