💰 $57,500 - $117,900 per year

About the role

  • Provide operational support for the development, coordination, tracking, and maintenance of Data Use Agreements (DUAs)
  • Assist with reviewing DUA requests for completeness and alignment with NHSN data access policies
  • Coordinate DUA-related activities with CDC program staff as directed by government leads
  • Maintain detailed tracking of DUA status, renewals, amendments, and approvals
  • Respond to Tier 2 help desk tickets related to NHSN Operations
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to health department data access and permissions
  • Collaborate with Tier 1 support staff to ensure appropriate triage, documentation, and escalation of issues
  • Document issue resolution steps, decisions, and outcomes
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the NHSN Operations team
  • Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational guidance
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with state and local health department partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent in public health, public policy, business or 5 years of related experience
  • Experience working in a public health or healthcare setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Proactive in identifying and solving problems
  • Able to plan and organize work to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
