support the recapitalization of an Intelligence Community customer's diverse network infrastructure, including CAN, LAN, CORE, and WAN network
designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex IT networks
daily operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all network architecture and devices
providing high-level technical expertise and leadership to junior network engineers
developing and implementing network support processes for CAN/LAN/WAN, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
designing, analyzing, and maintaining complex IT networks, from requirements gathering to installation and troubleshooting
evaluating network performance, consulting on improvements, and making technology recommendations to senior management
integrating and implementing new technologies into new and existing systems
troubleshooting complex network issues and providing timely resolutions
providing problem identification, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of incidents and problems
maintaining documentation for network configurations, procedures, and incidents to ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
10+ years of related work experience
TS/SCI w/ poly is required
Advanced knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, etc.)
Expertise in configuring and managing enterprise-level network equipment (Cisco, Juniper, etc.)
Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices
Proficiency in network monitoring and analysis tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Certifications such as JNCIA, JNCIP, CCNA, CCNP, or similar are highly preferred
Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management best practices.
