Provides programmatic leadership across planning, execution, risk management, and delivery of mission-critical technical initiatives.
Oversees operational and technical workflows supporting reverse engineering, system exploitation, and specialized analysis activities.
Serves as primary interface to government stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and mission success.
Drives continuous improvement across processes, performance, and technical execution.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree (STEM or related field preferred) and 10+ years of DoD/federal program management experience
Demonstrated experience leading technical teams supporting exploitation, forensics, biometrics, laboratory, or advanced capability programs
Strong program execution skills across planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
Proven ability to integrate multidisciplinary teams to solve complex mission problems
Experience operating in high-tempo or high-threat environments
