Responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts for IT network development projects
Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, processes, and standards
Work closely with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders
Identify and resolve quality issues throughout project lifecycles
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing
Oversee the execution of testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
Ensure that all testing activities are completed within specified timelines and budgets
Establish and maintain a defect tracking system to log, track, and report defects
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Implement continuous integration and continuous testing practices to improve quality and delivery speed
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and processes
Provide regular updates and reports on quality assurance activities and metrics to stakeholders

Requirements

US citizen with Secret security clearance and ability to obtain Secret clearance
Technical bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and tools
Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP, JUnit)
Experience with defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and resource management tools
