About the role
- Join CACI as a Senior Unified Communications Voice Engineer
- Lead the technical delivery of projects, including design, configuration, and testing of technical solutions for enterprise Unified Communication (UC) Voice communications
- Prepare detailed product designs and documentation
- Ensure all project requirements are met
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, engineering team, and vendors
- Support the handover to operations and continuous improvement
- Support financial estimates for implementation and sustainment
- Manage implementation schedule with milestones for integration into the enterprise and transfer to Operations
- Ensure designs comply with all applicable DoD, Intelligence Community, and International Partner interoperability standards and security requirements
- Help define security standard methodologies and develop innovative voice and video solutions
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience (a bachelor’s degree in an applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience)
- DOD 8570 IAT2 Compliant (Sec+ CE accepted)
- CUCM Manager Course
- TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph
- Experienced in leading-edge unified communication products
- Expertise with the design, development, delivery, and management of Unified Communication (UC) System platforms
- Extensive knowledge of VCWizard, Cisco Telepresence Management Suite, Cisco CODEX, Cisco Webex, Cisco Meeting Servers (CMS), Cisco Expressways, VBrick, Cisco Unified Call Manager (UCM), Cisco Unified Border Controllers, and Cisco Expressways
- Familiarity with telecommunications protocols, communications, and standards, including H.323, MGCP, SIP, and E.164
