About the role
- Manage database objects, constraints, replication, and storage structures.
- Expertise in SQL tuning and XML technologies.
- Strong understanding of database schema, data modeling, and architecture.
- Provide advice to the software development team and support application teams.
- Analyze, design, build, test, and implement database solutions.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- 8 years of progressive experience performing complex analysis, design, development, and modification to improve efficiency of Microsoft SQL and/or PostgreSQL databases in support of enterprise architecture.
- Proficiency in administering and deploying server equipment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain currency of the appropriate level certification in accordance with DODD 8570.01.
- Bachelor's degree and three additional years of general experience in the fields of database administration, intelligence systems architecture and geospatial systems experience are highly desirable.
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) SQL Server certifications desired.
