design and integration of multiple ESRI, ARCGIS, and messaging applications into a common centralized database configuration
expertise in SQL tuning and a basic understanding of XML technologies
analyze, design, build, test and implement solutions

Requirements

Active TS/SCI required
7+ years of progressive experience performing complex analysis, design, development, and modification to improve efficiency of Microsoft SQL and/or PostgreSQL databases
highly proficient in administering and deploying open source and commercial off the shelf (COTS) GIS server equipment
strong oral and written communication skills
high level/expert ability to manage and work with static and dynamic streaming geospatial oriented data
