About the role
- Interact with the media, billing, and production departments daily.
- Work hand in hand with the Media & Events Account Project Manager to facilitate and book events, with an emphasis on recruitment.
- Daily interaction throughout the event planning and launch cycle.
- Building effective relationships with both vendors and clients.
- Responsible for tracking deadlines.
- Compilation of post-event statistics detailing performance, learnings and recommendations.
- Preparation of status reports and briefings for management, ensuring meeting customer needs as well as lessons learned.
- Work well with a team, as well as individually.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience in events, advertising, communications, marketing, public relations, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
- Effective time management and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
- Ability to adhere to assigned deadlines.
- Comfort with talking to clients.
- Energetic, enthusiastic and motivated to learn.
- Strong organizational skills are a must.
