About the role

  • Interact with the media, billing, and production departments daily.
  • Work hand in hand with the Media & Events Account Project Manager to facilitate and book events, with an emphasis on recruitment.
  • Daily interaction throughout the event planning and launch cycle.
  • Building effective relationships with both vendors and clients.
  • Responsible for tracking deadlines.
  • Compilation of post-event statistics detailing performance, learnings and recommendations.
  • Preparation of status reports and briefings for management, ensuring meeting customer needs as well as lessons learned.
  • Work well with a team, as well as individually.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of three (3) years' experience in events, advertising, communications, marketing, public relations, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to adhere to assigned deadlines.
  • Comfort with talking to clients.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and motivated to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills are a must.
