• assist users with government databases, software, and systems
• support the Tier I and Tier II level help desk to perform first contact resolution of Help Desk calls/tickets that relate to software issues.
• work an 8-hour shift from the Fort Meade location during core hours of 6:00am – 4:00pm

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Preferred in a technical discipline)
US Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.
IAT Level I (A+-CE, Network+CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security)
Prior Systems Administrator experience (2+ years)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
IAT Level I and IAT Level II (GSEC, Security+CE) (Desired)
Prior Systems Administrator experience (5+ years) (Desired)
Prior Help Desk experience (1-2 years) (Desired)
