About the role
- support the design, configuration, and maintenance of a large, virtual desktop environment
- provide TIER 3/4 support to system administrators to resolve VDI issues
- Provide guidance on optimization of desktops for platform interoperability
- act as liaison between VDI technologies
- Offers endpoint support on Virtual Desktop related tasks
- Maintains an Advanced knowledge relative to VDI technologies
- Operate across multiple and complex production environments with multiple stakeholders
- Applies extensive technical expertise to make recommendations on solutions
Requirements
- Ability to obtain DoD Security Clearance
- Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry On Duty (EOD)
- Master's degree and 10 years of experience OR Total 19 years of experience
- Experience in Microsoft Azure, Azure Networking, Storage and Virtual Desktops
- Experience managing and administering Windows Servers
- Experience with Azure AD, Intune, FSLogix
- Experience in VDI profile management
- Endpoint protection, policy management and application of STIGs
- AVD integration with Office 365 services
- Desktop Software provisioning and Support Services
- Collaborate and work well in a team environment
