About the role
- Run day-to-day workflow: intake triage, schedules, dependencies, and handoffs across teams.
- Maintain the master production calendar and proactively resolve bottlenecks or conflicts.
- Partner with Creative, Strategic Comms, Marketing, and Events to align scope and timelines.
- Track deliverables against SLAs and report status, risks, and mitigations.
- Manage change requests, approvals, and documentation to ensure audit-readiness.
- Support vendor coordination and POs; reconcile hours and costs against plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of related experience in marketing operations with increasing responsibility.
- Strong operations acumen including planning and budgeting.
- Certification in project management or agile (i.e.., PMP) (desired).
- Experience with enterprise workflow tools (i.e., Asana, Monday, Wrike) (desired).
