Oversee the day-to-day operations of our NOC, ensuring efficient monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our network infrastructure and systems
Lead a team of NOC engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and mentorship
Ensure continuous monitoring of network devices, systems, and applications to detect issues proactively
Lead the team in responding to network incidents, managing escalation procedures, and ensuring timely resolution
Work closely with other IT teams to resolve issues and improve network infrastructure
Generate and analyze performance reports and incident metrics for senior management
Create and continuously evaluate and improve NOC procedures, tools, and workflows
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to NOC team members
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
Requirements
TS/SCI with Poly required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
10+ years of experience in network operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of network protocols, infrastructure, and security concepts
Experience with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired: Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+
