About the role
- Managing inventory, configuration management, and asset management
- Coordinating shipments and maintaining property records
- Ensuring efficient logistics operations
- Assisting with procurement processes and vendor management
- Conducting regular audits of inventory and property
- Ensuring compliance with customer and company policies
- Preparing reports on inventory levels, shipments, and property status
- Collaborating with other departments to meet property and logistical needs
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or Associates/Vocational/Technical education or equivalent work experience in a related field
- TS/SCI with Poly is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience with Service Now software suite (desired)
- Experience with barcode scanners (desired)
