About the role
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging technical training materials and resources for Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) functions.
- Advise on use of common tools and methodologies across the program and provide feedback on instructional design and course content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and learning objectives.
- Create e-learning modules, presentations, manuals, and multimedia resources.
- Utilize authoring tools and integrate multimedia elements like graphics, animations, videos, and simulations.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on content and evaluate training effectiveness; gather feedback and revise.
- Identify improvements to training processes, analyses, and methodologies.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and innovations in instructional design and content development.
- Work within dynamic, fast-paced environments and interface with client managers and EIT system users.
- Travel up to 25% for continental US.
Requirements
- 12+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).
- Proficiency in using authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate or similar e-learning development platforms.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Experience with graphic design software and multimedia editing tools; primarily the Adobe software suite.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders within all levels.
- Travel up to 25% is expected.
