About the role
- Provide outstanding service to Harbor Claims external and internal customers
- Assign applicable claims to independent and/or Harbor Claims field adjusters
- Analyze claims information to determine appropriate settlement
- Maintain accurate claims files
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 or more years residential property (1st party) or liability (3rd party) experience or equivalent
- Current 6-20 Claims Adjuster or equivalent license as required by job opening
- Strong skill sets in effective decision-making, time management, organization, problem solving, oral and written communication, interpersonal communication
