Responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of kitchen designers.

Maintain a portfolio of customer accounts, serving as the designer of record and primary point of contact while modeling best practices in sales, design excellence, and customer service.

Must be employed at least 5-years with Cabinets.com or will reach their 5-year anniversary in 2026.
Must have had at least $1.4 million in sales in 2025.
We require at least 1-year of leadership or equivalent experience; either at Cabinets.com or at a prior employer.
