About the role
- Effectively interact with customers in need of kitchen designs by phone and email
- Sale of kitchen cabinets to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Compose vibrant design packages and quotes for customers with extreme attention to detail
- Produce kitchens using 20/20 Design software
- Handle general phone calls in the Design Department which generate leads from potential customers and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Associates Degree, minimum, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5+ years in a Kitchen Design position, with portfolio
- MUST be an Expert using 2020 Design Software
- Personable, with previous phone/on line customer service experience
- Strong communication skills; must be detail-oriented in speaking and writing in English
- Professional demeanor with excellent follow-up skills and the ability to close the sale
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Understand the need to always provide an excellent customer experience
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
