About the role

  • Lead a high-performing team of professional kitchen and cabinet designers, driving exceptional sales results through strategic pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination between Design Admin, Product Knowledge, Order Entry, Contractors, and Customer Service.
  • Oversee project conversion and pipeline progression while coaching team members on effective follow-up techniques.
  • Lead training and professional development efforts to continuously improve the team’s skills and sales techniques.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and identifying areas for skill and performance improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business, Design or related field.
  • 2020 Design Experience or relevant cabinet industry/sales work experience is preferred but not required.
  • At least 5-years of Management experience and a track record of high achievement in achieving sales targets and high conversion.
  • Skilled in retaining high-quality team members who exhibit our values.
  • Ability to break down complex ideas and solutions and communicate them in simple and easy-to-understand ways.
  • Experienced in commission and performance-based sales environments.
  • Team-player, excited about sharing secrets of success and elevating the performance of others.
  • Outstanding record of attendance and reliability; follows established policies and procedures.
