About the role

  • Welcome the public, provide information and support to users
  • Provide in-person and telephone reception with a professional, supportive and inclusive approach
  • Inform, guide and advise users on administrative procedures and available programs
  • Provide the forms and supporting materials required for procedures
  • Deliver individualized support to users, in coordination with the two advisors
  • Assist users in semi-independent use of computer workstations: onboarding to digital tools and completion of online procedures
  • Participate in organizing and following up on appointments with Point Justice partners
  • Contribute to the management and facilitation of the France Services space
  • Participate in local partnership initiatives and in the life of the France Services network
  • Keep up to date with news, programs and developments from partners and services in the area

Requirements

  • Training or experience in reception and public-service roles
  • Basic knowledge of the administrative environment and public service procedures
  • Proficiency with digital tools and ease in supporting users’ digital activities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a pedagogical approach
  • Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to adapt to diverse audiences
  • Ability to handle complex or sensitive situations calmly and with good judgment
  • Ability to work as part of a team with a cooperative and complementary mindset
  • Strict respect for confidentiality and professional discretion
  • Personal qualities: commitment to public service, dynamism, responsiveness, reliability, professional discretion and a neat appearance
