About the role
- Manage and coach Project Managers across multiple departments, building confidence, accountability, and collaboration
- Create and maintain PMO standards, tools, and best practices that drive alignment and visibility
- Ensure projects are planned, tracked, and delivered on time while balancing quality and resources
- Partner with department heads to align priorities, optimize workflows, and share best practices
- Develop rhythms, documentation habits, and reporting structures that strengthen transparency
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to keep leadership informed and teams focused
- Identify opportunities to enhance scalability, efficiency, and interdepartmental alignment
- Translate leadership goals into actionable plans that the PMO can operationalize effectively
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing project management teams
- Proven record of managing cross-functional projects from concept to completion
- Empowers teams while holding them to a high standard of excellence
- Exceptional clarity in planning, prioritization, and communication
- Skilled in project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or
- Experienced working across time zones and distributed teams
- Data-driven thinker who balances metrics with human leadership
- Brings steadiness and structure to fast-paced, evolving environments
- Bonus Points If You Have: Experience designing and scaling PMO systems from scratch, Background in marketing, finance, or operations within a fast-growing organization
