About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide consulting on program management strategy within the SAP environment
Advise the PMO manager on the further development of the PMO and its methodologies
Advise on the design of project management specifications
Advise on change, risk, and dependency management
Independently participate in program controlling
Perform quality assurance for the preparation of key project deliverables
Prepare and follow up committee meetings, up to board level

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 6+ years of experience in an (IT) consulting role
At least 6+ years working in a PMO supporting one or more programs within large corporations
Extensive knowledge of one or more common program and project management standards (GPM, PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum, SAFe)
Experience as a project manager or sub-project manager
Experience in project controlling (e.g., Earned Value Analysis)
Experience in dependency and rollout management
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer orientation
Self-driven, intrinsically motivated, able to take on tasks independently and propose solutions proactively
Precise, structured, and efficient way of working
Willingness to work 2–3 days on-site in Frankfurt
