About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The contractor provides services within the Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) asset management project in SAP.
- The goal is a SAP-standard-close digital representation of asset master data for technical building equipment (TBE).
- The contractor will independently and self-organizedly perform the following services:
- Analysis of business requirements in the SAP Maintenance environment,
- Development of functional specifications for representing functionalities,
- Support for stakeholders in selecting suitable interface technologies,
- Preparation of interface concepts and interface documentation,
- Documentation of business requirements and solutions in a structured format,
- Support of the implementation vendor during design and implementation,
- Customizing in the SAP Maintenance area,
- Execution of unit and integration tests,
- Support during acceptance testing,
- Preparation for production rollout.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in creating functional specifications and technical specifications (backend/frontend)
- Experience in interface design and documentation
- At least 3 years of experience in functional design within the SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) environment
- Solid understanding of SAP maintenance processes
- Strong experience in structured documentation (functional specifications, interface descriptions)
- Experience in SAP interface projects
- Experience in SAP CAFM or maintenance projects
- At least 3 years of experience with documentation tools (Jira, Confluence)
