About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently service a designated book of surety business
  • Respond to client inquiries and address underwriting questions
  • Provide professional and timely communications with clients
  • Assist producer in preparing account submissions
  • Quote and issue new bonds timely and accurately
  • Organize and maintain client files
  • Prepare and finalize necessary documents and agreements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5+ years of experience in client management
  • Knowledgeable in coverages, carrier guidelines, underwriting, and legislative changes
  • Active P&C license
  • College degree preferred (not required)
  • Insurance designation preferred (not required)
  • Active Notary Public designation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
