Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the initial point of contact for clients, carriers, and others on the Client Service Team
Guiding and mentoring Benefit Analysts throughout client interactions
Keeping clients compliant with necessary documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience as a Benefits Analyst
Proficient in managing expectations and ensuring deadlines are met
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Active Life & Health license
College degree preferred but not required
Insurance designation preferred but not required
