Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and scale the Advisory Services practice.
Develop service offerings, delivery methodologies, and operational standards.
Oversee the successful delivery of advisory engagements.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.
Recruit, mentor, and develop consulting professionals.
Manage resource allocation, utilization, forecasting, and practice profitability.
Develop reusable templates, playbooks, and compliance accelerators.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of cybersecurity, compliance, or consulting experience.
3+ years leading teams, programs, or service lines.
Deep expertise in FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, continuous monitoring, and security authorization processes.
Experience managing customer engagements and consulting delivery teams.
Strong executive communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with FedRAMP 20X, DoD RMF, GovRAMP, CMMC, and related frameworks.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CGRC.
