About the role

  • Perform support activities related to testing, organizing, and initial implementation of AI solutions focused on sales and business.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of simple workflows and automations on no-code and low-code platforms.
  • Organize information and inputs required for automations, analyses, tests, and experiments related to commercial contexts.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of materials, records, workflows, and documentation for the team.
  • Flag technical issues, inconsistencies, or opportunities for improvement in routines and tools used.
  • Contribute practical suggestions for applying AI and automation to commercial and operational activities, always in alignment with leadership.
  • Work with autonomy appropriate to the internship level, escalating more complex decisions to supervision.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university degree in fields such as Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related areas
  • Interest in Artificial Intelligence, process automation, and business-applied innovation
  • Basic knowledge of digital tools and the Office suite
  • Logical reasoning and an analytical profile for organizing data, tests, and validations
  • Strong written communication and the ability to document processes and learnings
  • Organized, proactive profile with ease in handling multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automations, prompt engineering)
  • Knowledge of or interest in no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable)
  • Basic understanding of programming logic or automation
  • English (advanced)
