About the role

  • Support the planning and execution of corporate events, from internal meetings to large company gatherings;
  • Provide proactive service to internal and external clients, ensuring promptness and courtesy in interactions, including communication with vendors;
  • Support scheduling of meeting rooms and event spaces, verifying reservations and logistical requirements;
  • Assist with the setup and teardown of event spaces, taking care of ambience, signage and basic technical support;
  • Monitor and organize inventory of materials and supplies, including office items, promotional gifts and coffee-break supplies;
  • Collaborate on event promotion, assisting with the distribution of targeted invitations;
  • Assist in managing guest lists, RSVP tracking and participant reception;
  • Support the preparation of support services such as coffee breaks, printed materials and signage;
  • Act proactively to resolve unforeseen issues, contributing to smooth operations and an excellent participant experience.

Requirements

  • Enrolled from the 2nd semester in Events, Public Relations, Business Administration, Tourism or related fields;
  • Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows operating system;
  • Dynamic profile with strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive attitude to manage multiple simultaneous tasks;
  • Availability to intern during business hours.
