About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct a strategic evaluation of BYDREC’s current marketing initiatives and AI Marketing project
Analyze existing marketing processes, capabilities, and opportunities for improvement
Identify strategic gaps and recommend solutions to strengthen marketing effectiveness
Provide insights on marketing best practices, industry trends, and growth opportunities
Collaborate directly with leadership to refine and improve AI Marketing project functionality
Develop written recommendations with findings, opportunities, and suggested improvements
Provide strategic marketing guidance based on professional experience and market knowledge

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or related areas
Strong background in developing and evaluating marketing strategies
Experience analyzing marketing initiatives, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements
Ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing recommendations
Experience with digital marketing, marketing automation, AI-powered marketing tools, or emerging technologies is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with business leaders
Excellent written communication skills for creating strategic recommendations and documentation
English proficiency preferred
