About the role
- Goods receipt and inspection against accompanying documents
- Checking goods and certificates for completeness and integrity
- Competent monitoring and management of inbound and outbound goods
- Picking, packing and preparing shipments
- Loading and securing goods according to transport requirements
- Recording all transactions in the ERP system
- Safe, professional use of handheld scanners
- Compliance with required occupational health and safety regulations and quality standards
- Professional and responsible management of all processes in the materials warehouse
- Continuous process optimization and warehouse organization
- General warehouse and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in logistics or equivalent qualifications
- Valid forklift license
- Several years' relevant professional experience
- Careful and reliable working style
- Excellent organizational skills and efficient work habits
- High degree of flexibility, sense of responsibility and resilience
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Confident use of common MS Office programs
- Experience with the Infor LN ERP system is an advantage
- Ideally, experience using handheld scanners
