About the role

  • Organization, management and supervision of projects ranging from simple standard projects to demanding turnkey projects for the production and distribution of PW (Purified Water), WFI (Water for Injection) and PS (Pure Steam) — from tendering and contracting through to customer acceptance
  • High-level contract review, contract responsibility and contract implementation
  • Project controlling (cost control, cash flow) including strong commercial and numerical understanding
  • Active claims and change management: identification, evaluation and negotiation of claims as well as handling of variations and change requests
  • Professional schedule management: creation, maintenance and monitoring of project timelines to ensure on-time project delivery
  • Leadership and coordination of internal and external project participants (design/engineering, electrical engineering, commissioning, qualification, suppliers and subcontractors)

Requirements

  • Completed technical degree and several years of professional experience (minimum 5 years) in project management in plant engineering, ideally in a GMP environment
  • Proven experience as a project manager with both technical and commercial responsibility
  • Experience leading project teams: confident and team-oriented presence with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Independent, structured and self-directed working style
  • Organized, well-documented and solution-oriented approach
  • Fluent in German and English (business/negotiation level)
  • Willingness to undertake project-related business travel
