About the role

  • Material master coordination: Align material master data with our sister company and ensure a consistent data foundation
  • Item changes: Technical review, documentation, and clarification of item changes
  • Process optimization (ERP): Support the development and standardization of the item creation process in the ERP system
  • Master data maintenance: Update and quality-assure item descriptions, CDFs, purchaser texts, and technical documents
  • General support: Administrative tasks, reporting and analyses, supplier communication, and day-to-day operational support

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a technical or business-related degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office; ERP experience is a plus
  • Analytical mindset
  • Technical understanding and basic commercial knowledge
  • Ideally available for 40 hours per week for 6 months
  • Independent, reliable, and committed work style
  • Good German and English language skills
